Deposits & Cancellations
The equivalent of one night’s stay or 50% of the total reservation (whichever is greater) is due by credit card at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is due at check-in by cash, Visa, Master Card or American Express.
All deposits are refundable, less a $25 processing fee per room, up to 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. A 30-day cancellation notice is required over foliage and holiday periods. Cancellations received within 48 hours of arrival, early departures and no-shows are responsible for the entire amount of the stay. All rates shown are double or single occupancy and do not include 9% Vermont food &lodging tax or 4% community sponsorship fund.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm daily. Arrivals after 7:00pm are possible with prior arrangement. Check-out is at 11:00 am or by prior arrangement. We're sorry, but early check-in is not available.
Pets
We are sorry but we can not accept pets. If guests require help with kennel facilities during their stay, we are more than happy to assist.
Children
Due to the nature of our Bed & Breakfast and for the privacy of our other guest’s, we regret that we can not host individuals under 18 years of age .
Smoking
The Belding House Bed & Breakfast is a Non-Smoking property. Thank you for your consideration.
